We hope you’ll love your Bumblie — but if you change your mind, it’s possible to return your product within 21 days of receiving it.
Please note:

The returned item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition as when you received it.

All returned products are carefully checked upon arrival.
If your Bumblie arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@bumblieshop.com.
Send us a few photos of the damage so we can review the issue and provide a quick solution — either a replacement or a refund.
When returning a product, the shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend sending it via registered mail and sharing the tracking number with us at support@bumblieshop.com.
You are responsible for ensuring the package arrives safely back to us.
For international orders (outside the European Union), you’ll also be responsible for any return shipping costs, VAT, or import duties.
