Designed for children aged 3–6 years. Some younger children may also find it comfortable to use, depending on their height, weight, and level of supervision. Please follow the recommended age rating of 3+.

Yes! Bumblie is made from 50% TPU and 50% Polyester Pongee — a soft, lightweight, and non-toxic combination that’s durable, easy to clean, and safe for kids.

What’s the weight limit?
Officially, the Bumblie seat supports up to 50 kg (110 lbs) — perfect for little ones and even bigger kids.
Unofficially? Let’s just say it’s strong enough to survive a surprise sit-down from mom or dad too (yep, up to 300 kg tested — but don’t tell anyone ).

Where do you ship from?
All Bumblie products are shipped from Latvia, our warehouse in Riga.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
EU orders usually arrive within 3–10 business days. International shipping can take 10–15 business days depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?

Refunds
What if my Bumblie arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re truly sorry if that happens. Please contact us immediately at support@bumblieshop.com and include a few photos of the damage. Our team will review the issue and provide a prompt solution — either a replacement or a refund.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Of course. You can return unused products within 21 days of delivery, as long as they’re in original condition and packaging.
Who covers return shipping costs?
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll cover the cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return postage.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
